This album was recorded the week of the August 21st solar eclipse. I tried to keep celestial themes in mind when I was jamming or improvising. The last part of Corona is the recordings I made among my friends as we drove up to see the eclipse, ending with us cheering for the eclipse (and a snippet of a conversation with a friend about facial recognition, a theme I am working with on my next recording). I used a noise swash, my favorite tele, honeytone amp, monotribe, bells, kaleidoloop, hallways, gonzo effects, and everyday conversations. Recorded on an Olympus Pearlcorder S710.
